Step 1: Click on “Log In;”, which will be enabled on this page a few minutes before the event starts.

Step 2: The system will prompt you to authenticate using the following option:

▪ Your Identification Number and the password previously sent to your email address.

Step 3: Once logged into the platform, you will be able to view your personal data, the information of your representatives, general event details and the videoconference, which will be integrated into the page and for the mobile devices you will see the button "Enter the Videoconference", which will open the zoom application.

Step 4: Upon joining the videoconference, your microphone will be muted by default. To request permission to speak, please click on “Raise hand”, located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 1: When the vote opens, your browser will automatically update. Only those individuals holding shares or votes will be able to participate.

Step 2: Once the voting is enabled, you will see the differents options available. Select your preferred option and click on the button “Vote”.

Step 3: The system will display a summary of the seleted option and if the choice is incorrect, you can go back and select the correct one. If the choice is correct, click on “Cast Vote”.

Step 4: Once the vote has been cast, you will be able to view a summary of your voting. After the voting period concludes, you will be able to see the results in your browser.
